Dr. Andreo Spina is a the founder of Functional Movement Seminars, world class movement educator and accomplished chiropractor. I had a great time breaking down what exactly is neutral spine and when is it important, how we can change our work environment to be more effective for our bodies and much more! Dr. Justin Marchegiani is a functional medicine doctor and D.C. with a lifetime of experience. In this conversation, we deep dive into several subjects on how to repair our bodies and defend against potential intruders. Dr. Justin is significantly smarter than I am and I had a great time getting schooled! We get into vitamin D deficiency, adrenal fatigue, thyroid and gut repair and much more.

I potentially will be offending some people with some of my perspectives on religion and our origins. Wim Hof has about a dozen world records in relation to exposing the body to cold temperatures. He has climbed Mt. Everest in a pair of shorts and boots and did the same on Mt. Kilimanjaro! He and his team have done extensive studies on the impact of cold water thermogenesis on the health of the body. Alleviate depression, decrease body fat, increase muscle, increase mental cognition and strengthen immune system to name a few reasons you may be interested in experimenting with this!
